Cofounder, Chief Investment Officer
Matthew DePaola is a long-time practitioner of value investing with experience in business finance, asset valuation, leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, and financial analysis in residential real estate development.
He is also the Cofounder and instructor behind the Fundamental Investing Institute, an educational platform focused on helping investors understand business fundamentals, financial statements, valuation, and long-term investing principles.

Christopher DePaola, JD
Cofounder, Chief Operating Officer
Christopher DePaola oversees business operations, compliance, and contributes to research and special assignments. His experience includes repositioning efforts and small-business operations.
Christopher is also Cofounder of the Fundamental Investing Institute, where he supports the platform’s development, content strategy, marketing, and operations.
